Yes. Before we start, we fix the scope, timeline and price in writing — a contract or detailed spec, depending on the project. It protects both sides and removes misunderstandings.
Payment is staged: a deposit after the scope is approved and the balance on delivery. Larger projects can be split into several milestones. All costs are agreed upfront, with no hidden fees.
We agree the design at the prototype stage — before development. You review the mockup and request edits until you’re happy. Development only starts after your approval, so there’s no “didn’t like it after launch”.
After delivery we help with basic questions, small edits and settings for an agreed period. We can also arrange separate ongoing maintenance if you need regular support.
Yes — we help with domain registration, hosting setup and a turnkey launch. You keep ownership of all access credentials.
